Buslane offers several payment options to make booking a charter bus straightforward for individuals, businesses, and organizations of all sizes.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
- Debit cards: Any debit card with a Visa or Mastercard logo
- ACH bank transfer: Available for any booking — no minimum
All online payments are processed through our secure, PCI-compliant payment system. Your card information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
When Payment Is Due
Payment timing depends on how far in advance you book:
- Bookings made 30+ days before the trip: A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your vehicle. The remaining balance is automatically processed 30 days before your trip date.
- Bookings made less than 30 days before the trip: Full payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
You will receive email reminders before any balance is due. If a balance payment fails, we will attempt to charge the card on file once more before contacting you directly.
Receipts and Documentation
After every payment, you receive an email receipt with a full breakdown of charges. You can also download receipts from your Buslane account at any time. If you need a custom receipt format or a W-9 for your records, contact our support team.
