Cancellation & refund policy
Nothing is charged until 30 days before your trip, so cancelling 30 or more days out is free. If you booked at least 3 days before departure, you can also cancel within 24 hours of your booking confirmation for a full refund. Cancellation fees apply inside 30 days.

Need to change your trip details? You can modify dates, times, pickup locations, or group size by clicking on your trip in your customer portal and selecting Modify Trip. Changes may affect your quote depending on operator availability.
