Use the designated passenger loading zones (white curb areas) along Terry Francois Boulevard, near the intersection with Warriors Way. This puts your group within a short walk of the main arena entrances. Your driver should approach via 16th Street or 3rd Street and follow event-day signage. After unloading, the driver should proceed to a pre-arranged staging or parking location outside the Mission Bay area.
Chase Center does not offer dedicated oversized vehicle parking on-site. The Warriors Way Garage has limited capacity and standard-height clearances that cannot accommodate full-size coach buses. Nearby surface lots at 1800 Owens Street and 19th Street/Illinois Street are operated by third parties and may have space for oversized vehicles — contact them directly before event day. When no events are scheduled at Oracle Park, Lot A at 74 Mission Rock Street is another option.
From US-101 or I-280, exit at Mariposa Street and head east toward the waterfront. Turn onto Terry Francois Boulevard heading south to reach the loading zones near Warriors Way. Avoid 3rd Street close to event time — northbound 3rd Street is closed approximately 30 minutes before the end of large events to allow pedestrians to cross safely to the Muni platform. Plan your pickup route accordingly.
Arrive at least 60-90 minutes before the event. Mission Bay has limited road access, and traffic on 3rd Street, 16th Street, and Terry Francois Boulevard builds quickly as event time approaches. Early arrival lets your driver drop the group at the loading zone, clear the area before road closures take effect, and find a staging location for post-event pickup.
The Muni Metro T Third Street Line stops at the UCSF/Chase Center station directly outside the arena. On event nights, Muni runs express Route 78X shuttles between 16th Street Mission BART and Chase Center before and after events. If your charter bus stages away from the arena, some group members may prefer to take Muni or BART and meet the bus at a less congested pickup point.
